The central product of Primo's service is auto insurance and involves taking care of the car not only during an insured event, but also constantly, whenever the customer needs it. What Primo offers to customers:

• Personal manager service, which helps customers achieve Primo's main promise of comfort and simplicity with minimal time investment.

How was Primo Property created?
Primo's main product was initially auto insurance, with a full insurance package, although naturally, a car is not the only property that can be associated with unforeseen expenses and requires special care, there is also an equally valuable asset - real estate, the probability of damage to which is quite high and, moreover, is associated with large expenses. Therefore, another necessary product for our peace of mind is property insurance. We agree that it is much more convenient for the customer to receive all services in one space, communicate with one manager who already knows his needs and priorities. Accordingly, the need arose to create Primo property insurance.
What does Primo Property offer to its users?
Primo Property offers its customers a complete insurance package, which includes insurance for the frame and repairs, as well as the contents/furniture and household appliances of the apartment, and liability insurance for neighbors. In the case of rented property, landlord or tenant liability insurance is quite relevant and necessary, as well as rental income insurance - in fact, it is a full-fledged insurance package, the uniqueness of which lies in the fact that it goes beyond standard expectations, takes care of the lifestyle of customers, creates an interesting and valuable experience, and is associated with positive events and not just insurance cases.
What challenges did the Aldagi team face in the process of creating Primo Property?
The main challenge was to offer our customers more than a product, to provide a service that would make them feel special, so we thought about the needs that may accompany everyday life in our apartment, house or cottage. We tried to offer benefits that would create more comfort for Primo members, along with insurance conditions tailored to customers. That is why we offer Primo customers special benefits on various home care services (smart systems, dry cleaning, maintenance of private houses and cottages, innovative equipment, etc.); Of course, this is not a complete list of offers, our customers will be given a digital card, through which they will be able to select the service they want.
What approaches does the Aldagi team use to refine/improve the product?
Over time, of course, consumer needs change, and competition increases, which is an additional motivation for us to further improve quality.
